Expert Lecture on Personality Development:

The Electronics and  Compute Engineering Department organized a successful expert lecture on Personality Development for second-year students on 17th January 2026. The session, conducted by Dr. V.J. Shinde, a freelancer and visiting professor at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, provided valuable insights into improving both verbal and non-verbal communication, overcoming fear, and building self-confidence. Dr. Shinde highlighted practical strategies for enhancing personal growth, fostering effective communication, and conquering public speaking anxiety. The lecture was well-received by students, who actively participated and gained valuable skills to support their personal and professional development.
