The Computer Engineering Department of Ashokrao Mane Polytechnic, Vathar, Wadgaon successfully organized an expert lecture on “Personality Development and Interview Techniques” on 07/01/2026.

The main objective of this session was to provide in-depth guidance to students on personality development, improvement of communication skills, and the technical as well as behavioral skills required for interviews.

The lecture was delivered by Mr. Mandar Murlidhar Kolap
(HOD – Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering, Jaysingpur).
He shared his valuable experiences related to interview techniques and professional personality development with the students.

At the end of the program, HOD Dr. S. A. Lakade expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Kolap. For the successful conduct of this program, special cooperation was received from Principal Dr. Y. R. Gurav Sir, HOD Dr. S. A. Lakade, Academic Co-ordinator Mr. P. T. Hasabe Sir, and all the faculty members and staff of the Computer Engineering Department.
